Through the practice of yoga, I offer guidance and assistance to those who are navigating the challenging experiences of menopause and lymphatic drainage issues. I deeply understand how these difficult conditions can impact our ability to thrive in our everyday routines and affect our meaningful connections with others around us.
My flowy yoga practices provide valuable tools that assist in fostering resiliency within the mind-body connection, helping to bring into focus your very own self-care and awareness. I am here to meet you on the mat - or chair - this means you can enter the space in any state of mind, with any concerns or struggles you may be facing. When you find yourself unable to reach the floor, I have creative ways of ensuring that the floor reaches you.
My healing method beautifully combines both Western and Eastern medicine, effectively connecting the realms of science and spirituality in a harmonious way. This unique approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of health and wellness, addressing both the physical and mental aspects of our well-being.
I relish in the serene beauty of the peaceful countryside which is nestled among the stunning landscapes of the Frontenac Arch. I enjoy sharing my days with my loving husband and our two very energetic - yet undeniably - wonderful dogs, who always bring so much joy and laughter to our lives.
