As your coach, I do not perform clinical tasks such as taking blood pressure, conducting exams, or performing other medical procedures. I am here to stand beside you, offering physical and emotional support, answering your questions, and providing clear, evidence-informed information to help you navigate this stage.
I do not make medical decisions for you. Instead, I help you gather the information you need to make informed choices and will gently point out if you’re drifting away from your agreed medical or non-medical support plan.
I will listen to your concerns, discuss them with you, and suggest possible options. Ultimately, you—the client—always have the final say about what you choose to do for your health and well-being.
A menopause coach does not diagnose or prescribe, and we do not replace medical doctors, registered psychotherapists, or other regulated health professionals practicing in your area.
